the location was really central, and i found the room and bed quite comfortable.
the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was very warm. i had to open the window every couple of hours, but it was noisy outside (it was a saturday night with a christmas market). i had a really bad night with very little sleep.

The location impressed me. It was very easy to find from the railway station. the u-bahn to messe was a quick ten-minute ride. Very convenient. the room was clean and well-kept. the breakfast offered a good selection. i also found the bar being open late helpful.
the bed covers were quite thin for my liking.

the staff provided a warm welcome and were very friendly! they were accommodating to my needs. i noticed they were particularly kind to children. the check-in process was quick, and i felt valued as a guest.

the rooms offer good space and comfort. the rooms were very well isolated against outside noise, guaranteeing quiet sleep. parking was close by. it had a reasonable price. it was a short walk away.

acceptable locationinsufficient bed linensfaulty ventilation
the hotel location proved acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
the provided bed linens were notably insufficient i found this unacceptable given the room rate. moreover the ventilation in the bathroom was faulty it created a stuffy and unpleasant environment. i expect better functionality from a hotel of this purported standard.
