broken air conditioning noisy environment
the location was really central, and i found the room and bed quite comfortable.
the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was very warm. i had to open the window every couple of hours, but it was noisy outside (it was a saturday night with a christmas market). i had a really bad night with very little sleep.

excellent stay!
convenient location clean room varied breakfast late bar
The location impressed me. It was very easy to find from the railway station. the u-bahn to messe was a quick ten-minute ride. Very convenient. the room was clean and well kept. the breakfast offered a good selection. i also found the bar being open late helpful.
the bed covers were quite thin for my liking.

the staff provided a warm welcome and were very friendly! they were accommodating to my needs. i noticed they were particularly kind to children. the check-in process was quick, and i felt valued as a guest.

the rooms offer good space and comfort. the rooms were very well isolated against outside noise, guaranteeing quiet sleep. parking was close by. it had a reasonable price. it was a short walk away.

adequate but flawed stay
insufficient bed linens faulty ventilation
the hotel location proved acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
the provided bed linens were notably insufficient i found this unacceptable given the room rate. moreover the ventilation in the bathroom was faulty it created a stuffy and unpleasant environment. i expect better functionality from a hotel of this purported standard.
